Boston Legal Malpractice Attorney
Meet Attorney Charles Kazarian
My practice focuses on representing and litigating for victims of attorney malpractice, along with a wide array of other civil litigation matters through trial and appeal.
In my 43 years of practicing law in Boston, Massachusetts, I have won compensation for clients who have been damaged by the malpractice of divorce lawyers, criminal lawyers, bankruptcy lawyers, personal injury lawyers, business lawyers, probate lawyers and more.
I graduated with honors from the University of Rhode Island in 1975 with a degree in English Literature. I put that degree to good use by becoming an apprentice plumber in my home state of Rhode Island, before I recognized that the world would be better off if I dropped that line of work. I graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in 1980, where I was privileged to receive the high honor of being elected by my class mates to be their valedictorian.
I am AV-rated*, the highest designation under Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system, have been designated a Massachusetts Super Lawyer for many years in the area of plaintiff’s professional negligence, and hold high ratings from the AVVO rating service. I am often asked to give talks and participate in seminars on legal malpractice issues.
* CV, BV and AV are registered certification marks of Reed Elsevier Properties Inc., used in accordance with the Martindale-Hubbell certification procedures, standards, and policies.
Martindale-Hubbell is the facilitator of a peer review rating process. Ratings reflect the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and the judiciary. Martindale-Hubbell ratings fall into two categories – legal ability and general ethical standards.
